Property Book has just created a NEW feature for displaying all of a users listings.  This feature allows a Realtor - Developers - Home Builders - Property Managers - or anyone that has multiple listings on Property Book.ca to display only their listings.  This feature has been requested by a few multi-listings users that wish to have more advertising and presence on Property Book.

MLS.ca has launched their new ‘pretend’ web 2.0 site.  The’re calling it realtor.ca.  Will this be the end of Property Book.ca.  The answer is a resounding NO. After using mls.ca and realtor.ca (the new generation of the same old)  we here at Property Book have come to the conclusion that this re-incarnation is not giving the users what they are looking for most: Open and Free Information

It is in our opinion that in order to serve the vendors of properties for sale  it is important to  have a very open and usable internet site that cuts all though the small details and shows location price and main details of each property.

Property Book has begun to create a web 2.0 neighbourhood communication tool to integrate within the newly launched real estate marketing and management website.  These two tools will combine to create a one stop shop for users looking to learn more specific areas, keep up to date with local changes and even gripe about what’s bothering you.  

Agents keep an eye open for this one. As part of Neighbourhood Talk, Property Book will also be allowing agents to become a master/recommended agent for an area.  This will lead to more sales and higher marketing for specific agents.  For the first six months, it will be on a first come first serve basis, after the initial launch period, the recommend agent will go to the one who has the most listed properties in a specific postal code.
